SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Shipping / Live Guarantee / Return Policy
- All LIVE shipments MUST be shipped via UPS First Overnight, 2 or 3 day, or US Priority mail. If you are having extreme weather conditions, it is up to you, the customer, to choose the correct shipping method.
- We must be notified within 48 hours of
receiving DOA shipments for replacements to be made.
We cannot guarantee live delivery if
you are above 85 degrees. We will put in ice packs and do everything we can to insure your insects arrive safely. In the winter we will be using heat packs.
Products / Package must be signed for
by the recipient and shipped via UPS Priority Overnight for any
We cannot guarantee live delivery for
shipments left outside or in mailboxes.
Shipment delays are unavoidable in
severe winter weather, the holiday season and any other unforeseen act of nature or humans (i.e. train/truck accident or hurricane).
If only part of the lives are lost we
reserve the right to make up the loss on the next order.
Currently we use US Priority Mail
and UPS for all live shipments. USPS is TYPICALLY 2-3 days*. Some states will require a hold at the nearest location
due to heat (or cold as the case may be). For exact charges please check our online store.
For all non living orders we offer UPS Ground and USPS.
Orders received by 10am typically are shipped the same day. No live shipments will be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays, so if you
order via the online store at the end of the week, please note you will have a
Monday ship date.
We do not accept personal checks.
We no longer ship to Canada. Shipping costs to
AK and HI are higher, please visit our online store for rates. We do not ship lives to

No live insects will be accepted for a return or exchange. If the package is refused and sent back you will not receive a refund as we are incurring the return shipping fee charges.
All non living items CAN be returned for an exchange of the right item or a refund will be given (shipping deducted). If you have purchased the wrong item, please let us know and we would be happy to work with you getting the correct items.
On occasion we can make mistakes. Please check your invoice and online order to make sure the mistake was in fact ours before contacting us.
